With over twenty-five years of Human Resource management, Adrienne Gary has demonstrated a unique ability to interface with employees and executives at all levels.  She has overseen all strategic human resources functions - including executive leadership and talent management programs - for major global entertainment/media companies such as Fox Networks Group and Warner Bros. Filmed Entertainment.   At both companies she was tasked with the responsibility of re-engineering all HR functions and was responsible for creating successful teams focused on recruitment, compensation, employee relations, partnering with business units and the integration of work-life balance programs. Prior to that, Adrienne served as a consultant for Ernst & Young in the area of organizational development

From a HR perspective, Adrienne, whose forte is providing “change management” techniques, has been responsible for corporate integrations, due diligence for acquisitions, and reorganizations for a variety of divisions both at Fox and at Warner Bros.
